Chewy bloggy goodness...

While I'm percolating, I've added a few folks on my blogroll I'd like to call attention to.

Hero Worship is one of the blogs done by my buddy Monty. Me and Monty worked together at Organization Automobile for four years, and we quickly became good buddies and fellow avid movie and comic book enthusiasts. I don't know ANYbody that knows more about movies than Monty. Check his site out, along with the others he contributes to.

The other is The Bodie Bunch. Cindy is a wonderful mother to...39?...kids, all but one being adopted. I knew Cindy and her daughter Sarah before she ever adopted the first two girls (I think it was Saray and Deysi first, and they did NOT speak english, which was a first for me i think). And then over the next few years came, in what order I honestly don't remember, Gina and Yolie and Christy and Marcela and I think maybe I remember Joe and Daniel. It's been SO LONG since I've seen these faces. But anyway, Cindy's blog is great. She's made about 600-800 posts per year since '05, and her blog is read by hundreds of people, probably thousands, from all over. She's an amazing lady and mother.

Okay that's it.

Not-So-Mundane Filler

I do have some stuff in the pipe, but while I'm deciding what I want to actually put out in the stratosphere, I just thought of a great top 5. So here goes.

(I thought of this because I just saw another of those Dennis Haysbert Allstate commercials)

Top 5 Shows They Never Should Have Taken Off The Air:
1. Arrested Development
2. The Unit
3. Firefly
4. Studio 60
5. SportsNight

Funny that Studio 60 and SportsNight were both written by Aaron Sorkin (West Wing, The American President, A Few Good Men). Man, he runs hot and cold with the public, but he's my favorite writer, with Joss Whedon (Firefly, Dollhouse, Dr. Horrible) a close second.

This list would most likely include shows like Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared, but I still haven't seen the former, and only watched the latter years later. And of course, if I called up my old roommate Sean and asked him, he would say Farscape, hands down, which, let's be honest, sucked. Here's a good list from MSN.

So, let's hear it. Which cancelled-too-early shows do you wish had never gone down?
